"Sonika Das came to me very timely when I was looking to get back to myself from an unknowable spiritual sojourn of the divine. And struggling through a massive spiritual drain of my human energies. She introduced me to the concept of Grounding for which I am absolutely grateful to her. Even though that process is unique to each human. But it’s significance is the ultimate ! 

What struck me immediately was her capacity to listen to me first and then have an equal two way exchange interaction communication.
