Namaste and warm greetings!

I am thrilled to introduce myself as Sonika, the Founder and Chief Seeker at Mumukshu, AND your Consciousness Catalyst (as a personal and spiritual growth coach). Mumukshu, meaning one who yearns for liberation, encapsulates my purpose.

My life's journey has been one that has enriched me with lessons since I was little. From boarding school experiences to leaving home to discover myself at 21, to arriving in the US with little money in my pocket and making it further than I ever anticipated, I have seen and dealt with much. Every experience has been profound and transformative that shaped who I am. 

My venture into spirituality was ignited by a deep calling within to my roots. I obtained an accredited certification as a Yoga teacher (RYT 200) and delved into practices of Self Inquiry. Exploring the world of energy, sound healing, astrology, ritual and  anything that would enhance my inner journey, I found myself drawn to spiritual growth, guiding individuals in their journeys of self-discovery and inner awakening.

My vast travels to sacred destinations like Rishikesh and Kashi have been instrumental in shaping my understanding and practice. While there, I discovered my life's purpose — to facilitate connections between individuals and their inner divinity. Through coaching, mentoring, and storytelling, I assist others in navigating life's journey with clarity and purpose.

I am deeply honored to walk alongside fellow seekers on their paths to awareness and enlightenment. Through mumukshu, and as Your Consciousness Catalyst I share my knowledge and experiences, fostering transformative experiences that lead to self discovery and personal transformation.
